What to Wear
When you come in for your physical therapy sessions, make sure to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes. For lower-extremity injuries, you'll want to wear a pair of shorts to allow for a better range of motion. For arm or hand injuries, a short-sleeve shirt is preferred.
